How we handle the information you send us.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (year, make, model), the service you're asking about, and any message you write. That's it — we don't sell your information, and we don't run advertising or track you across other websites.
How we use it
Your submission is used for one purpose: so Josh at Traffic Jams Car Tunes & Toys can get back to you about your inquiry. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.
How it's stored
Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider, and delivered to Josh by email. We don't maintain a separate customer database on this site.
Site analytics
We use two analytics tools to see which pages people visit and which ones lead to an enquiry, so we know what's useful and what isn't. Ahrefs Web Analytics doesn't use cookies. Google Analytics does set a cookie in your browser, which is how it tells a repeat visit from a new one. Neither is used for advertising, and neither collects information that identifies you personally. If you'd rather not be counted, any standard ad-blocker or privacy extension will stop both.
